Course Description:
The Level II tactical pistol course incorporates lessons learned from the Level I tactical pistol course, by advancing to higher practical application of all techniques taught. The class will start out with all shooting exercises performed in the Level 1 course. The only difference is that all shots will be evaluated utilizing a timer.
The student will learn techniques in the proper and safe ability to draw from a concealed holster quickly. The student will quickly learn how fast, fast is and at what distance they can expect to engage armed suspects. Students will be challenged with shoot back targets. The end of the course will progress to more advanced techniques that mimic real world situations. The student will learn techniques, guidelines, and factors in basic room clearing, and shooting from inside a vehicle. The student will learn techniques of drawing his / her weapon from the sitting position as in a car, shooting from a vehicle, utilizing the vehicle as cover, and basic room clears. The Level II Tactical Pistol Course is an educational fast paced class, which is also enjoyable and entertaining. It is the obvious culmination to the muscle memory work from the Level I Tactical Pistol Course.
