One Day Handgun Workup

The TIGER Valley One Day Handgun Workup course is designed for the shooter who needs a refresher in handgun employment. The course moves rapidly from skills-building drills in the morning to dynamic shooting in CQB environments. Topics include defensive tactics, proper use of cover, movement techniques and proper handgun employment, as well as moving targets. Mandatory equipment includes a handgun, holster, magazine carrier, and 500 rounds of pistol ammunition.

One Day Carbine Workup

The TIGER Valley One Day Carbine Workup course is designed for the shooter who needs a refresher in carbine employment. The course starts with a refresher in skills-building drills in the morning and moves to dynamic shooting in both CQB and mid-range environments in the afternoon. Students will utilize a variety of dynamic courses of fire to practice proper movement, out of position shooting, and tactics. Shooting will be done on stationary as well as moving targets to distance. Mandatory equipment includes a rifle, magazine carrier, and 400 rounds of rifle ammunition.

One Day Precision Rifle Workup

The TIGER Valley Precision Rifle Workup class is designed for the long-range marksman who needs to develop long-range data for successful weapon employment. A brief classroom refresher in ballistics, wind/weather and skills leads to a standards course of fire from 100-800 yards where students will be presented with stationary and moving targets. Students will be able to develop successful information for inclusion in their data books for future use. Mandatory equipment includes a precision rifle, magazine carrier, and 120 rounds of rifle ammunition.

One Day Recon Rifle Workup

The TIGER Valley Recon Rifle Workup class is designed for the shooter who employs a carbine at short to mid range distance. A brief classroom refresher in ballistics, wind/weather and carbine skills leads to a course of fire starting at CQB distance then moving from 100-500 yards where students will be presented with stationary and moving targets. Additional dynamic work including elevated and out of position settings rounds out the curriculum. Mandatory equipment includes a carbine with 4x or better optic, 3 magazines, magazine carrier, and 300 rounds of carbine ammunition.
