February Night Fighting Class On
February 12th and 13th Tiger Valley is offering a special night
fighting class at the Waco facility. Gain the skills necessary to deal with the low
light situations.
This class will cover using a rifle and pistol in low light
conditions. Target engagements will be from contact to 200 yards
on both stationary and moving targets. Those attending should
have basic weapons handling abilities through Tiger Valley or some

shooting during the live fire portion. Those attending should
have weapons mounted lights on long guns and either weapons mounted or
hand held for the pistol. Shooters should bring 450 rounds for
both weapons systems.

PM and ends at 12:00 midnight.
Saturday class starts also at 5:00 PM and ends at 12:00 midnight.

Report from December's Free Long Range Clinic Sixty seven shooters braved cold and damp conditions to participate in
Tiger Valley's Christmas Long Range Clinic, a free event we conducted
on December 12th.
Shooters started on the two hundred line, working their way back to
eight hundred. Every shot taken was marked and presented to the
shooter for evaluation and feedback with our pit service. Moving
targets added to the challenge, especially as distances increased.
Wind conditions were extremely mild. This made for much easier
shooting, as participants could concentrate on basics without worrying
about the challenging task of doping for the wind. Shooter's
backgrounds varied widely in experience, and a variety of law
enforcement officers joined what was mostly mostly an armed citizen
group.
The hot meal at the end of the cold day proved a big hit and gave all a
chance to unwind before heading home. Many thanks to all who made
it out to this event!
