Tiger Valley Basic Rappelling Location:  Waco Time:  8:00 AM - 4 PM Cost:  $175 Equipment:   Pen/Pencil   Notebook   Field Clothing Overview: During this course of instruction, students will learn basic rappelling equipment, safety and techniques necessary for further ropes training.  Students will be shown, and must demonstrate in the classroom, skills such as equipment identification, knot tying and rigging, and safety principals.   From the classroom, students must demonstrate on the rappel tower how to safely rig for rappel, belay and perform standard rappels from various heights. No prior rappelling knowledge is required for the class.
